How to Use:

  1. Print out your Symbol and place it in a visible location.
  2. Play the “audio” version of your sound file 1 to 3 times in an environment where you can relax and pay attention, [this can be done over several days]. Instructions on how to use the MP3 player can be found here.
  3. Activate the silent mode by playing the inaudible version of your sound file. This needs to be played in a repeat mode 24 hours, 7 days a week! The location of your device from where the sound file is playing is not important. You do not have to be in the same location each time you play the sound file.
Note: Sound has a vibration and that vibration does not alter with volume. If your device is at home, you can be at work and your brain will still be attached to that vibration, whatever the physical distance between those two points may be. So you do not need to be in the same room or even the same building; you can even be sleeping.

There is no language barrier for this product.
