WHO CAN BENEFIT FROM USING THE BLUEPRINT FOR CHANGES SYMBOL PROGRAM? . . .
In general terms, the Blueprint for Changes program can work for individuals who wish to experience change of any kind in his or her life. These changes and improvements can be personal OR professional in nature or a combination of the two. Maybe you have been working in the same job for a long time and you want to change career paths but you don’t know where to begin. Perhaps you are experiencing ongoing relationship problems with a spouse, friend, family member or a colleague at work and you want to improve these interpersonal relationships but don’t know how. Maybe you think – “it’s all the other person’s fault anyway”, so why should “I” change? We have success stories from individuals who have used our program that indicate our program addresses and resolves personal internal struggles. Some of the challenges people have used Blueprint for Changes to address include low self-esteem or self-worth, lack of motivation and drive, self-sabotaging behaviors, and loneliness, to name a few.
HOW DO I USE THE BLUEPRINT FOR CHANGES PROGRAM? . . .
Each of the 14 Symbols has been designed to attract a different behavioral profile within an individual, at a subconscious level. This will surface as a chemical attraction towards a certain Symbol or on occasion, towards several Symbols. Activating these Symbols on a device will pass this same chemical attraction onto the associated sound file. Once this is accomplished, the next step is to eliminate conscious awareness from this process. This is then achieved by moving into the silent Symbol mode. The silent mode is an identical copy of the original sound file, except that the volume is turned down during the recording process. Only a small amount of sound is left intact so that one could verify that it is in fact the same file that was first listened to.
To recap: First you print out your Symbol and place it in a visible location. Then play the audio version 1 to 3 times in an environment where you can relax and pay attention, [this can be done over several days]. The second step is to activate the silent mode. This needs to be played in repeat mode 24 hrs., 7 days a week! The location of your device is not a concern. You do not have to be in the same location. Sound has a vibration and that vibration does not alter with volume. If your device is at home, you can be at work and your brain will still be attached to that vibration, whatever the physical distance between those 2 points may be. You do not need to be in the same room or even the same building, you can even be sleeping!
HOW LONG SHOULD I ENGAGE IN THE PROGRAM THAT I HAVE CHOSEN? . . .
The loose suggestion is to engage with your Blueprint program for a period of 4 to 6 weeks. This however is not a hard guideline. Every individual has unique behaviorism and that in its self should be respected that way. If there is still a format of stimulation that continues, why stop. Life is not a race. There is so little effort required to continue. Some individuals find that another Symbol starts to attract them. In that case its ready to move on to that symbol but do not rush this process.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM BLUEPRINT FOR CHANGES? . . .
Because you are an individual I think it would be a mistake to expect certain events/experiences to happen. This simply is because there are going to be different stimulations, but not in a way that you would expect them to surface. Because of this it might well handicap one’s self to have very specific goals in mind. Let your brain simply work it out for you.
WHY DID I PICK A CERTAIN SYMBOL? . . .
The last 5 years of research with Blueprint was to create a self-selection program that did nor evolve language. We all instincly have boundaries and barriers surrounding language inherited over countless years. And it might be these very factors that assist in holding us back in life. The Symbols in fact do have a predetermined mindset/behavioral base. Thus are designed to stimulate the very structures that might be the underlying factors of challenges we have today. That is why we would have chosen a certain Symbol that represents certain aspects of yourself.
WHY IS IT IMPORTANT TO DISPLAY THE SYMBOL IN A IN HIGHLY VISIBLE LOCATION? . . .
When the brain first sees the symbol, it is stimulated by the symbol alone. Every time it sees the symbol after the process has started, it begins from the historical stimulation and rapidly progresses to the current stimulation that has been created by the connected sound files. The more you see the symbol, the more reinforcement of the current stimulation. For these reasons, it is important to display your printed symbol in an area of your home or office where you will have the most frequent exposures.
WHAT IF I PICK 2 DIFFERENT SYMBOLS? . . .
It is not uncommon for individuals to choose 2 symbols. You only require the first one you selected with no second guessing. The selection process was designed to be easy and straight forward. Please do not over think your selection.
CAN MULTIPLE SYMBOL PROGRAMS BE PLACED/USED IN THE SAME ENVIRONMENT? . . .
Because of the very design nature of self-attraction. Multiple units can be used together in the same environment because each individual is self-stimulated to their choice and therefore will not be stimulated to any of the other Symbols. The only cross stimulation will be from brain to brain.
WHAT IF INDIVIDUALS CHOOSE THE SAME SYMBOL? . . .
This in fact is quite common when several family members engage with Blueprint for Changes. In this situation the process of responsibility needs to be exercised. Simply to allow another individual to take over responsibility for one’s self and eliminate a self-process to connect will not work in any situation, when it comes to self.
WHERE SHOULD I PLACE MY MP3 PLAYER? . . .
The placement of your MP3 player is your choice. It can be left in the home or office. It does not have to travel with you. Once the brain has been sensitized to the vibration of the sound files, location is not important. Of course at a sensatory level this might not quite make sense. This is simply because we have engaged in a non-sensatory stimulation that does not have the limitation of physical boundaries! We can leave the MP3 player in place even if we are on vacation.
SHOULD I CONTINUE LISTENING TO THE AUDIBLE SOUND FILE AFTER THE INITIAL 1-3 TIMES? . . .
You only need to listen to the audible sound file 1-3 times at the beginning of the process. Listening to it more often will not improve the effectiveness of the Blueprint for Changes program. In fact, it may diminish the effectiveness. There is one circumstance where we do recommend listening to the audible sound file 1-2 additional times, and that is if you find that the continuous play of the silent sound file has been interrupted for a day or longer.
WHY DO I NEED TO PLAY THE SILENT SOUND FILE CONTINUALLY 24 HOURS A DAY/7 DAYS A WEEK? . . .
Out of the 3 steps of: choosing a symbol; listening to the audible file; and playing the silent file, the silent format is the most crucial to the process. The fact is, the brain does not come to a resting state at any time of the day even when you are sleeping. We take full advantage of that, maintaining a consistent stimulation, 24 hours a day. With your subconscious mind being basically unaware, this process becomes more efficient without the hindrance of the value system that we have become accustomed to. To create full efficiency, we make use of this stimulation 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This is not a race. Take your time.
HOW CAN I PLAY THE SILENT SOUND FILE 24/7? . . .
The program includes a portable MP3 player with a speaker, that by default will repeat the sound file loaded on the supplied flash drive.
HOW LONG DO I LISTEN TO THE SILENT FILE? . . .
The silent file should be played at least for a period of 4 to 6 weeks. Some individuals by choice have decided to extent this period. At any time in the future you can all ways start the program again by following the same directions as you started with. Life does not have to be a race, enjoy the journey.
WHAT HAPPENS IF PLAYING OF THE SILENT SOUND FILE 24/7 GETS INTERRUPTED? . . .
Occasional interruptions may happen, and that is okay. Interruptions of a few hours here and there will not diminish the effectiveness of your silent sound file. An interruption of a day or longer could affect your results. If a lengthy interruption does happen, we recommend listening to the audible sound file again 1-2 times and then continuing with 24/7 play of the silent sound file. Do your best to check your MP3 player regularly, to assure that it continues to play.
WHAT EFFECT WILL IT HAVE IF I TRAVEL OUT OF TOWN? . . .
If you travel out of town while your sound file is playing at home, it will continue to work just as effectively. The energetic transfer built into Blueprint for Changes sound files does not require your physical presence, to be effective.
